Terms & Conditions
Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before purchasing a membership or class pass. When becoming a member or client of BOND PILATES of 7/101 Hazel Glen Drive, Doreen, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out below on the BOND PILATES website.
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Reformer Pilates classes, memberships, and related services at BOND PILATES and apply to all clients and memberships. By booking or attending classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Class Capacity and Booking Policy
Reformer Pilates Classes are limited to a maximum of 9 participants.
Clients must adhere to the booking and cancellation policy of BOND PILATES to ensure opportunities for other clients to attend in the event that they can not attend the class.
General Cancellation Policy
Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled class time to avoid loss of class credit and/or late fees.
Private Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time.
If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel as soon as possible via MINDBODY or the BOND PILATES app, as other clients may be able to take your place.
Late cancellations (within 8 hours of the scheduled start time) will result in forfeiture of the session for clients on packages and a $10 late cancellation fee for all clients on foundation and unlimited memberships.
No-Show Policy
Not attending a class (no-show) will result in the loss of that class credit.
For clients on unlimited memberships, a $10 fee will be charged in the event of a no-show (see Additional Unlimited Membership terms for separate fees).
Cancellations via SMS, email, or social media will not be accepted.
In unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please email info@bondpilates.com.au to inform the studio of your inability to attend.
Expiry of Class Packs and Casual Passes
All class packs and casual class passes have expiry dates.
It is the client’s responsibility to use credits prior to expiry.
Expired classes and credits cannot be extended.
Unlimited Membership Fees and No-Show Policy (UNLIMITED MEMBERS)
Foundation Unlimited Membership and Unlimited Classes Membership holders will incur:
* A $10 no-show fee for each class missed, or
* A $10 late-cancellation fee if the class is cancelled within 1 hour of the class start time.
Fees will be charged automatically to the card on file or added to the next payment cycle if a late or absent fee payment fails.
Failed payments will be retried every 24 hours. Dishonour fees apply.
Class Minimum and Safety Discretion
A minimum of two participants is required for a class to proceed.
Instructors or the owner(s) reserve the right to refuse a client’s participation in a class due to safety concerns or at their professional discretion.
Age Requirements
The minimum age for attending group Pilates classes at BOND PILATES is 16 years, unless attending a specialised teens class or private session.
Class Schedule, Changes, and Cancellations
Instructors and classes are subject to change. BOND PILATES reserves the right to cancel classes due to lack of attendance, instructor availability, or any other reasonable reason.
If a class is cancelled by BOND PILATES, the class credit will be returned to the client’s account.
Clients will be notified via SMS, phone, or email with a minimum cancellation notice period of at least 1 hour prior to the start of the class on the day of cancellation.
Introductory Offers
Introduction Offer of 5 classes for $50 (valid for 14 days from the first booking or attendance) is limited to one purchase per client and is available to brand new clients only.
The introductory offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and activates from the date of the first class booking.
Class Packages: Validity and First Class Cancellation
Monthly class packages are valid for 30 days from the first class booked. If you cancel the first class within the 8-hour cancellation period, the class will be forfeited and the package will be valid from the cancellation date.
Yearly and Casual class packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Booking and Payment Requirements
Payment must be made prior to booking.
To book a class, you must create an account via the BOND PILATES app and have pre-purchased sessions in your account online or via the app.
No cash payments are accepted at the studio.
Price Changes and Terms Updates
BOND PILATES reserves the right to increase prices and adjust terms and conditions at any time, including introductory offers, unlimited memberships, monthly, yearly, casual packages, and products.
Special Considerations
All classes, memberships, and packages are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable for any reason other than illness or injury that prevents exercise for a significant period, evidenced by a medical certificate emailed to info@bondpilates.com.au prior to expiry.
Individual Accounts and Non-Sharing Policy
Each client must have their own account and cannot book through another person’s details.
Clients are not permitted to share classes or memberships. Breach of this policy may result in denial of entry and no refunds will be given.
Waiver and Safety
All clients must have a signed and accurate waiver on file before participating in any class. Failure to complete the waiver will forfeit your spot and be treated as a late cancellation. Late cancellation fees will apply.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive with ample time and ready to begin your class on scheduled time.
A strict 5-minute late policy applies. Instructors or owners may refuse entry if a client is late, and the class credit may be forfeited.
Spots may be offered to standby or waitlisted clients if you are late.
First-time attendees may be unable to join in if the class has already started, as it is essential to provide new clients with proper instruction on reformer usage and safety.
Minor Policy
While we are a family-run business, persons under 16 are not permitted in the studio for safety and liability reasons, except for approved “mums and bubs” or teen classes.
Waitlisting and Notifications
Waitlisting is available for popular classes. If a spot becomes available at least 8 hours before the start time, you will be notified via email and/or text and may accept or deny the spot.
If you deny the spot, the next person will be offered the position. If you respond YES or do not respond, you will be added to the class and the credit will be used.
No show fees may be charged if you fail to attend the class.
Please ensure your notification settings allow email and text reminders. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor bookings and waitlists.
The BOND PILATES app will indicate your position on the waitlist and confirm bookings. The system will continue to add clients in booking order up to 2 hours before the class start time. BOND PILATES does not accept responsibility or provide refunds if a client on the waitlist is unaware they have been booked.
Pregnancy Policy
Pregnant clients should consult with their medical practitioner about the suitability of participating in group reformer classes during pregnancy.
We do not recommend starting group Pilates if you have never done Pilates while pregnant. A medical certificate is required for all pregnant clients wishing to continue participating after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Please email a copy of your medical certificate to info@bondpilates.com.au
Medical Clearance and Injuries
A medical certificate is required for post-natal and post-surgical clients to ensure it is safe to resume group fitness classes. Always follow your doctor’s directions.
Clients must disclose pre-existing injuries or illnesses. Instructors may provide modifications for minor injuries. Attending with an injury without a medical certificate is not recommended. If an instructor deems attendance unsuitable, the class will be credited back to the client’s account.
It is essential to understand we are a group fitness class and not a rehabilitation Pilates class.
Unlimited Memberships
All members can book classes for 8 weeks in advance but may attend a maximum of one class per day.
Suspension and Termination of Memberships

After the minimum term, memberships may be cancelled with 14 days written notice to info@bondpilates.com.au
